ghostty: create new window with a keybind on macOS w/ghostty itself
...
used to use skhd to create new instances with `open -n`, this required
enabling the option to quit ghostty upon closing the last window in an
instance. now ghostty does this itself in one instance

zsh-syntax-highlighting may not highlight the text currently in the
prompt, sometimes making text look as if zsh-syntax-highlighting wasn't
there at all. before this the colour was black which made it unreadable.

fixes bug where remote sessions don't have an updated TERMINFO binary
that contains the definition for my current terminal, resulting in having
a broken prompt
